It was Thissssss Big!

We've been waiting for the first catch of our fishin' season, and it finally happened last night! Rick was the lucky one - and we were so excited that it was off our our dock. Everyone has been telling us that our dock sits over a pretty good fishing hole, but we had yet to believe it! Here is a picture of the embarkation onto our little dock. It's a sturdy structure, albeit difficult to get to! We have to walk down a plank of wood and then step over a bit of water, and then back up a plank of wood to get to the dock! But hey! Who cares... at least we have a place to fish! We've just added the reconstruction of the dock to the "honey-do" list. Collin is actually designing it for us, so it will be sure to be pretty cool. Here's a picture of the lucky bass. We released him, so hopefully Rick will see him again on the other end of his pole.
